DJRD Group is committed to improving digital access so that people with disabilities can obtain information, explore opportunities, and interact with our corporate website as independently and effectively as possible.

1. Our Commitment

DJRD Group believes digital experiences should be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. We are working to integrate accessibility into the design, development, content, and maintenance of the DJRD Group corporate website.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As the DJRD digital ecosystem grows, we intend to review new pages, features, forms, media, and integrations with accessibility in mind rather than treating accessibility as a one-time project.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, we want to know about it. The feedback process near the bottom of this page explains how to request assistance or report a problem.

2. Accessibility Standard

DJRD Group’s corporate website is being developed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) in mind. Our current design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable to the content and technology we control.

This statement should not be interpreted as a certification that every page, component, third-party integration, or historical item currently conforms to every WCAG success criterion. DJRD intends to test and improve the live website over time.

3. Accessibility Design Principles

Our accessibility work is guided by the four core WCAG principles.

01 / PERCEIVABLEInformation should be available in forms users can perceive.This includes attention to text alternatives, readable contrast, captions or alternatives for relevant media, and content that can adapt to different displays.
02 / OPERABLEWebsite controls should be usable without unnecessary barriers.This includes keyboard access, visible focus behavior, logical navigation, usable controls, and avoiding interactions that unnecessarily depend on one input method.
03 / UNDERSTANDABLEContent and interactions should be clear and predictable.We aim for meaningful headings, understandable labels, consistent navigation, useful instructions, and understandable error information.
04 / ROBUSTContent should work with a range of browsers and assistive technologies.We seek to use appropriate HTML structure and established web practices so content can be interpreted by current user agents and assistive technologies.

4. Accessibility Features We Aim to Support

As the website is built and reviewed, DJRD Group aims to support practices such as:

  • Logical heading structures and meaningful page organization.
  • Keyboard-accessible links, controls, and forms.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators.
  • Readable text sizing, spacing, and color contrast.
  • Descriptive link text where practical.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Labels and instructions for form fields.
  • Responsive layouts that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Captions, transcripts, or alternatives for relevant multimedia where required and practical.
  • Content that does not rely solely on color to communicate important meaning.

5. Testing and Continuous Improvement

DJRD Group intends to combine automated accessibility checks with manual review. Automated tools can identify many issues, but they cannot determine whether every experience is genuinely understandable or usable.

Testing may include keyboard navigation, zoom and responsive-layout checks, color-contrast review, form-label review, heading and landmark review, alternative-text review, and selected assistive-technology testing.

New Content and Features

As DJRD adds new corporate pages and functionality, accessibility considerations should be included during design and implementation. Material accessibility issues identified through testing or user feedback should be evaluated for remediation.

6. Known and Potential Limitations

Some content may not yet provide an ideal accessible experience. Potential limitations can include legacy content, documents created before current standards were adopted, complex visual content, embedded media, or technical components supplied by third parties.

If you cannot access information because of a barrier, contact DJRD Group. Where reasonably possible, we will work to provide the information or service through an alternative method while the underlying issue is reviewed.

7. Third-Party Content and Services

The DJRD website may link to or embed services operated by third parties, including social platforms, video players, job systems, forms, maps, ticketing, payment providers, analytics tools, or other external technology. DJRD may not control the accessibility of those third-party services.

We encourage third-party providers to offer accessible experiences and will consider accessibility when evaluating technology where practical. Accessibility concerns involving a third-party component may need to be addressed in coordination with that provider.

To help us investigate efficiently, please include the page or feature involved, a description of the issue, the device/browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable providing it, and your preferred way for us to respond.

9. Updates to This Statement

DJRD Group may update this Accessibility Statement as the website changes, accessibility work progresses, standards evolve, or new services are introduced. The statement date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are made.
