1. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting, accessing, browsing, or otherwise using a DJRD Group website or online service that links to these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to the DJRD Group corporate website and other online pages or services that expressly link to them. Individual DJRD operating companies, brands, leagues, schools, e-commerce stores, ticketing platforms, financial services, healthcare services, mobile applications, or other specialized services may have separate or supplemental terms.

If another DJRD service provides separate terms, those terms govern that service to the extent they differ from these Terms.

3. Permitted Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful informational, business, employment, partnership, media, vendor, investor, and other legitimate purposes consistent with the Site’s intended functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with applicable law and does not interfere with the Site, its systems, or other users.

Your access to the Site does not transfer ownership of any DJRD intellectual property to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publish, license, sell, or commercially exploit protected Site content except as authorized in writing or permitted by law.

The U.S. Copyright Office recognizes that original authorship appearing on websites may be protected by copyright. DJRD’s inclusion of copyright notices does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

6. Information and Materials You Submit

When you submit information through a DJRD form, email, upload, or other online channel, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, submitting a proposal, business idea, vendor capability statement, concept, resume, media request, or other material does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency, investment, or contractual relationship with DJRD Group.

Do not submit confidential trade secrets, proprietary concepts, highly sensitive personal information, or other restricted materials through general Site forms unless an authorized DJRD representative specifically requests them through an approved channel.

7. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party websites, social networks, hosting services, job systems, payment providers, ticketing services, analytics providers, or other platforms. DJRD Group does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. 8. Business, Career, Vendor, and Partnership Inquiries

CareersSubmitting a resume or career inquiry does not guarantee employment, an interview, or consideration for a specific position.

VendorsSubmitting vendor information does not create approved-vendor status, a purchase order, a request for proposal, or a promise of work.

PartnershipsA partnership inquiry or discussion does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or other legal relationship unless documented in a signed agreement.

MediaMedia materials, statements, interviews, and brand assets may be subject to separate usage restrictions or approvals.
